We need a builder who can take an idea from concept to deployed product — using code, no-code, or whatever it takes. This is a co-founding role at PentaBloom.

PentaBloom is a design-first company that's growing fast. The CTO will be responsible for the entire technical layer — from client websites built in Webflow or Framer, to full-stack internal tools, to AI integrations we're building for our clients and ourselves.

You'll work closely with the CEO and Chief of Design, translating design vision into working, scalable products. You'll own every technical decision from day one.

What we're looking for

📋 Age: 23–25 years old (Male). This is a co-founder match, so cultural and personal alignment matters as much as skill.
  • Solid MERN stack expertise — MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js. You can build and ship full web apps end-to-end.
  • Full-stack thinking — you understand both the frontend experience and the backend systems that power it.
  • No-code proficiency in Webflow and Framer — essential for client delivery at PentaBloom's current stage.
  • Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or building lightweight AI-powered features.
  • Ability to move fast without leaving a mess — clean code, good architecture, documented decisions.
  • Comfortable owning infra: deployments, hosting, DNS, environment configs, CI/CD basics.
  • Drive to build from zero — you thrive in early-stage environments where you define the stack, not inherit it.

Bonus: Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), prompt engineering, or building internal tooling. Any shipped projects or open source work you can point to.
